Leadership Team
Culley M. Curran - CEO
Culley M. Curran is a trusted athlete advisor and sports agent with over 15 years of experience in guiding athletes through every stage of their careers. As the founder of 22Prism, he has helped athletes secure millions in professional contracts and collegiate scholarships, ensuring long-term success both on and off the field.
A former NCAA student-athlete, Culley understands the challenges and opportunities that come with pursuing a career in sports. His expertise in career management, contract negotiation, and player development has led to the representation of hundreds of professional and NCAA student athletes. With years experience in the NHL, NFL, CFL, MLS, CHL and NCAA.
Culley has been a partner and founder of an NHL-certified agency and a key member of one of Canada’s youngest NFL-certified agencies/teams, leveraging his extensive network across North America and Europe to create opportunities for athletes at all levels. His deep understanding of the business side of sports allows him to provide comprehensive support, from negotiation strategies to brand building and financial planning.
With a proven track record in athlete representation and career strategy, Culley remains committed to helping athletes maximize their potential and achieve long-term success in both the NCAA and professional sports.
Eric Lind - Director of Athletic Advisory
Eric Lind is the Director of Athletic Advisory at 22Prism. He is also the Head Coach and General Manager of the CT Roughriders, a premier Junior hockey organization in the EHL, and a private hockey instructor specializing in power skating and skill development.
After being drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins (NHL) and graduating from the University of New Hampshire (NCAA D1), Eric spent the next 8+ years playing through the ranks of professional hockey including time abroad in Europe as well as 2 years as the alternate captain for the Greenville Grrrowl (ECHL) where he led the team to the Kelly Cup. For the last 20+ years Eric has spent his time developing players of at all levels with all backgrounds and abilities. His coaching career includes several years with local Youth programs in Connecticut, also serving as Co-Founder and Hockey Director of the North American Hockey School which hosted camps and clinics year-round for hockey players aged 5-16. He proceeded to serve as an Assistant Coach at Yale University (NCAA D1), helping the Bulldogs win three Ivy League Championships, make multiple NCAA appearances, and rank #1 in the country for the first time in school history. He carried his success into his current role with the CT Roughriders where he has served as the Head Coach and GM for the last 10+ years. Under his leadership, over 100 players have gone on to play at a higher level and countless others have returned for his mentorship and guidance on the game and beyond.
Eric holds a Masters Degree in Sports Management from the University of California, PA and currently resides in CT with his wife and three boys.
